Duke Wager, 96, of Vancouver started raising pigeons with his dad when he was 10 years old. He carried on the hobby for more than 60 years, even participating in pigeon racing for a time in his later years. Although Wager doesn’t raise or race his own pigeons anymore, he still feeds the wild ones around his neighborhood.
