Felony Convictions Get Stamford Man Only A Year In Jail

STAMFORD-A city man convicted of credit “card cracking” will only do an extra year in prison despite pleading to three serious felonies at the Stamford courthouse last week. Che McCoy, 25, of Courtland Avenue who was represented by John Thygerson of Norwalk, pleaded guilty to single counts of first-degree larceny, first-degree forgery and possession of a pistol without a permit. [...] that sentence is to run concurrent with a two year sentence he is already serving for convictions for larceny and conspiracy to commit forgery in September of 2016.
