STOCKTON — The Stockton Animal Shelter is waiving adoption fees on all animals Friday through Sunday to mark Valentine’s Day.All of the shelter’s dogs and cats will be available, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and licensed for one year.“We had an amazingly successful year in 2015 and are looking forward to another successful year in 2016,” shelter manager Phillip Zimmerman said.
