Federal Judge Orders Bombing Suspect To Be Held Without Bond

By STephen Hobbs stephen.hobbs@gazette.com -A federal judge on Wednesday ordered a 44-year-old man accused of trying to bomb a Colorado Springs building to be held without bond in the custody of the U.S. Marshal.Assistant U.S. Attorney Gregory Holloway argued that Thaddeus Murphy was a flight risk because of prior failures to appear in court.
