After four years of delays, Lancaster’s Fancy Pokket USA baking operations may soon be ready to inject some steam. Wednesday morning at the SC Works building on White Street, about two dozen people had gathered by 9:30 a.m. in search of 20 advertised jobs at the 58,000-square-foot plant at Lancaster County Air-Rail Business Park along the S.C.
