By Tyler Bell A Sissonville man charged with arson in the July 5 fire that gutted a home belonging to members of his family now faces felony indictment.Members of the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office, the state Fire Marshals and family members of defendant Nathan Allen Oxley, 35, testified against him during a pre-trial hearing in Magistrate Julie Yeager's Domestic Violence Court on Thursday.
