FAIRFIELD — A three-car collision right near a travel plaza blocked up all but one northbound lane of Interstate 95 Saturday. Police, firefighters and medics responded to the crash shortly after 12:30 p.m. according to the Department of Transportation. Preliminary reports indicated that one lane remained open to motorists and that there may have been an infant in one of the cars involved in the collision.
