Forbes ranked the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market cap, but this article highlights smaller cryptos with greater potential for gains in the next bull market. Australian regulator Asic has removed over 7,300 investor scams over the last 12 months. Over 600 of these are crypto scams. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (Asic) has published results showing that it has taken down an average of 20 scam websites per day in the last 12 months, with 615 of the 7,300 total being crypto scams. Asic’s scheme targets investment scams, including fake trading platforms and crypto investment scams.

Pokemon TCG Pocket will release on October 30, 2024 for iOS and Android and you can pre-register now on your preferred device. Sadly, there are no listed benefits for pre-registering apart from getting the app ready for download on the aforementioned release date, but at least you’ll be prepped to receive your first two packs right away. This new trailer also teased a crazy Mewtwo card, showcasing the legendary ‘mon breaking out of a window. This is an ex variant of card that also shares the same immersive properties of the already revealed Pikachu ex that travels through the artwork. Elon Musk’s X platform will stop operating in Brazil. In a post from X’s Global Government Affairs account on Saturday, the social media platform outlined that “effective immediately” it will be closing its operation in Brazil to “protect the safety of our staff”. X claims that Brazillian judge Alexandre de Moraes has threatened its legal council in the country, Rachel Nova, with a daily fine of 20,000 reis ($3,653) and an arrest decree if the platform did not comply with what it is calling “censorship orders”. “As a result, to protect the safety of our staff, we have made the decision to close our operation in Brazil, effective immediately,” reads the statement from X. The X service will remain available for people to use in Brazil.

Super-popular indie Metroidvania game HAAK may have been out on Steam since 2022 but since that time its devs have been trying to also bring it to Xbox and have had a huge amount of support from the community to do just that. Now though in a post on X from the devs at Blingame – who have already pushed HAAK to Steam, Epic Games Store, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android had some bad news to share with the fans. We have been covering a fair bit of the advancement of PS4 emulation over the past few weeks as the new kid on the block, ShadPS4, has started to make remarkable leaps and bounds running some huge games in the PlayStation 4’s 3D library. We have had basic PS4 emulation for ages now but this has been restricted to 2D games and homebrew – fine for shoot ‘em-up fans but for anybody wanting to boot up Bloodborne, well that has until now, been nothing more than pipedream. In recent weeks though excitement has been building as first we started to see Bloodborne at least loading, then we started to see progression get further and further and the intro cutscenes of some older PS4 games and remakes started to pretty much work, but now, with this latest update Bloodborne is reported to now run its intro video at 30fps with no glitches.
