LOWELL, Mass. — The former business manager of Tewksbury's recreation department has agreed to repay nearly $52,000 she pleaded guilty to stealing from the department to support her drug addiction.A lawyer for Lauren Bibo Morris said in court Wednesday his client would pay nearly $15,000 from her retirement fund, then pay $300 a month from her waitressing job.The Sun (http://bit.ly/1b9kKeH ) reports that Morris pleaded guilty in August to larceny over $250 and placed on probation for three years.
