A former Macomb County superintendent has been hired to serve as an interim superintendent for Hazel Park School District in Oakland County, the district reported Thursday.Rick Repicky, who retired in 2010 after 10 years as superintendent of Fraser Public Schools, is expected to work in Hazel Park until a permanent leader is named sometime this summer, according to school board president Rachel Noth.
