Evacuation Notice Lifted After West Texas Wildfire

EULA, Texas (AP) — An evacuation notice has been lifted for residents of a small West Texas town briefly displaced after a wildfire burned hundreds of acres. Authorities reported a wildfire Saturday that burned 700 acres in Callahan County, east of Abilene. One person was hospitalized for smoke inhalation. A spark from an electrical pole is believed to have started the blaze.
