The city of Euclid could be facing a reduction of personnel across the board, including employees in the police and fire departments. Income tax revenues, Mayor Bill Cervenik said at the most recent City council meeting, are falling "drastically behind" where they hoped they would be. "To throw gasoline on the fire, we got the final results for the month of November and we're approximately $125,000 behind budget for just the month of November," he said.
