Ethicist Explains Monkeypox Declaration

A medical ethicist from NYU explains why the Monkeypox outbreak was declared a public health emergency in the U.S. The pandemic and the response in the HIV crisis in the 1980's may have accelerated the declaration, according to Arthur Caplan. (Aug. 5)
