Elgin Woman Facing Cruelty Charges Gives Up Some Animals

An Elgin woman has volunteered to give up her rabbits, poultry, some goats and other animals, but not her horses and donkeys, as a hearing on impoundment of the animals continues. Stacy Fiebelkorn faces charges of animal cruelty and failure to provide adequate care, after authorities found dead animals on properties in Maple Park and Hampshire.
