An El Paso County jury on Tuesday began deliberating the fate of a Colorado Springs man accused of fatally beating his 4-year-old son and trying to disguise his death as a drowning. Jeremy Deonte Ralph, 26, told authorities last December that he found Montana Glynn unresponsive in a bathtub 15 minutes after leaving him unattended. But when emergency crews arrived minutes later, the boy was dry and dressed in underwear, the tub had only a few drops of water in it, and the boy's body showed obvious bruising.
