Eight Pounds Of Pot Seized In Stamford Bust

STAMFORD — City police seized eight pounds of marijuana worth about $20,000, two handguns and nearly $2,000 in cash during a bust this week in Newfield. Capt. Richard Conklin said officers in the Narcotics and Organized Crime squad became aware of a man recently selling large amounts of marijuana in the Newfield neigborhood.
