Though his term doesnât expire until next January, Eagle Mountain Mayor Christopher Pengra announced Wednesday heâll be stepping down early â leaving the city to find a replacement for the last five months of his tenure. His last day at City Hall will be Aug. 18. Pengra announced his decision not to run for a second term in a public Facebook post at the end of May.
