Dynegy officials notified the Army Corps of Engineers in writing May 13 that they are redesigning tje project as a result of discussions with the corps and the National Park Service, which is involved because the waterway is designated as a National Scenic River. NEWTOWN — Dynegy is going "back to the drawing board" to redesign a controversial riverbank-stabilization project along the Middle Fork River in a way that's more compatible with the waterway's designation as a National Scenic River, according to the United States Army Corps of Engineers. read more
