A new Urban Garden Program that teaches residents how to grow vegetables is set to bloom from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 20, at the Duval County Extension Office at 1010 North McDuff Ave. in Jacksonville. “How to Start Vegetables from Seed” is the name of the course, which will also allow participants to take home their own seed tray.
