The Duval School Board Tuesday approved the plan for the second year of Quality Education for All initiatives, which combine up to $50 million in local donations with district-funded efforts to improve 36 high-poverty schools in the Raines, Ribault and Andrew Jackson high school feeder patterns. The vote was 6-0 in favor of the plan.
