Off-duty Firefighter Spots House Fire, Rescues Man

WORCESTER, Mass. — Authorities say an 85-year-old woman has died in a Massachusetts house fire that was spotted by a firefighter heading into work, who then helped a rescue a man from the home.Worcester fire officials say the city fire lieutenant spotted the flames at about 7 a.m. Monday and brought one man to safety.
