(By Bruce Henderson, bhenderson@charlotteobserver.com) Duke Energy has signed a letter of intent to potentially buy a minority interest in two nuclear reactors to be built in South Carolina.Duke notified South Carolina's Public Service Commission today of the signing with Santee Cooper, the state-owned utility. The letter of intent is for five percent to 10 percent of the capacity of two reactors to be added to the V.C.
