Duggar Joy: Parents Of 18 Now Grandparents Of 1

The first Duggar grandchild arrived Thursday night with her proud grandmother, Michelle Duggar, helping daughter-in-law Anna Duggar with the birth. Mackynzie Renee Duggar checked in at an even 8 pounds and 19½ inches.
