PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- A driver on a duck boat that capsized in Branson, Missouri, on Thursday evening was a former Rhode Islander who helped found a church in Olneyville.Robert "Bob" Williams was one of 17 people who died when the tourist boat capsized on Table Rock Lake, according to family and friends. Williams had worked for the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority, in building maintenance, before retiring more than a decade ago.
