The DSF Group now has two apartment complexes in Westchester cities. It was announced Monday that it has purchased Avalon on the Sound East, a 588-unit, 39-story housing tower in New Rochelle for a reported $210 million. This works out to be roughly $357,000 per unit and is one of the largest recorded multi-housing sales in Westchester.
