SCHENECTADY -- A judge sentenced a Niskayuna man to eight years in prison Monday for trying to run over the brother of a Schenectady murder victim.Devin Conway, 29, who faced up to 15 years in prison, was behind the wheel of a 2004 Ford when he tried to strike Jonathan Best in the parking lot of a bingo hall at 1866 State St.
