The Downtown Parking Garage and retail space are expected to be completed by March, the City of Amarillo said, and once the exteriors are complete the streetscape will begin. On budget so far, the 24,000 square feet of retail space is designed to flex with the number of interested tenants and on the size of the space their specific use requires.
