MIAMI GARDENS — Miami Dolphins left tackle Terron Armstead and cornerback Kendall Fuller appear to be on the verge of clearance from the NFL’s concussion protocol. Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said he’s “fairly optimistic” the two could clear protocol once they complete Friday’s practice, which indicates both are in the final stage of protocol.
