The Broncos won in Buffalo last year and they’ve got a team that believes it can go toe-to-toe with anybody.
Maynebel Quevedo doesn’t want to be stereotyped as a lawbreaker just because he’s Venezuelan.
And he’s adamant that he shouldn’t be lumped in with migrants “that did bad” — a worry that reflects the impact of the rhetoric used by President-elect Donald Trump, who often focuses on the crimes committed by a small minority of the people who have crossed the American border.
While campaigning for his first term in office, Gov. Jared Polis said he wanted to see 100% of the power on Colorado’s electric grid come from renewable energy sources by 2040. Lawmakers have approved bills furthering that vision by setting targets to cut greenhouse gas emissions, the goal being 100% reduction from 2005 levels by 2050.

If Colorado ever meets Nebraska on a football field again, it won’t feel as important anymore because Bill McCartney won’t be there to watch it.
As part of CU’s football recovery, McCartney declared Nebraska a rival. Never mind that the Cornhuskers didn’t feel that way. They hadn’t lost to CU since 1967 and were too busy hating Oklahoma.

“Better dead than red,” McCartney famously said.
McCartney died Friday night after suffering from dementia for nearly a decade.

Given all of the injury and availability issues, it was a successful first half.
Dear Eric: I’m pretty sure I should seek therapy. As a longtime first responder with probable PTSD, plus recent marital issues and the recent deaths of a number of close loved ones, I feel the need to speak to an unbiased third party.
I’m not comfortable speaking with my spouse or friends because I’m the one they all come to, and they see me as the one who has it all together.
