An Algonquin man and a Cary man were charged with conspiring to illegally conduct a multi-million dollar sports gambling business in the Chicago area, federal prosecutors said Thursday. Todd Blanken, of Cary, assisted in the collection and paying out money in cash to gamblers recruited by Justin Hines, of Algonquin, and others. One of these men was Casey Urlacher, brother of former Bears football linebacker Brian Urlacher.
