Doctors' Hospital in Pontiac has been ordered to pay more than $2.7 million as a result of a lawsuit regarding loans, some of which were paid by a doctor who, as recently as February, had been listed as a member of the hospital's four-person board of directors.Oakland Circuit Judge James Alexander, finding no material questions of fact in dispute in the case, granted a summary disposition motion filed by plaintiffs Surindar Jolly, who had been a board member, as well as Sanjay Jolly and Shree Investment Group.
