Old Orchard Beach hedline hedline hedline hedline An Old Orchard Beach man was arrested early Friday morning by Maine Drug Enforcement Agency officers for allegedly dealing heroin and prescription pills. After a two-month investigation, agents served a search warrant at the Beecherie Avenue home of Bradford Phillips, 37, and found about 15 grams of heroin-fentanyl mix, along with a large amount of prescription opioids, including oxycodone and methadone, the MDEA said. He is charged with aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug, a Class A felony punishable by up to 30 years in prison and a $50,000 fine. The drugs had an estimated street value of about $2,200. Phillips was being held in lieu of $20,000 cash bail. Agents said they have identified associates of Phillips and are pursuing charges against them for their role in drug distribution.
