    Agree with John Park Hopper about the new cabin design. I liked the old style much better. They had a wilderness feel that isn't in the new cabins. Also, DVC inventory seems to be being made available for cash bookings. It's getting much harder to get a DVC room, especially at my home resort.

    So the rooms are the size of a Disney deluxe, and it's all interior corridors with multiple restaurants. $179 is an absolute steal for the size of the rooms, the amenities on site and the location. The only Disney resorts that will be a similar style price are the Value resorts, with significantly smaller rooms, all outdoor corridors, etc.

    Disney is not monolithic because there are different business groups (merch, dining, park ops etc.) that are run by individuals that have bonuses tied to performance. You take money for away from Merch/Dining and it goes into the LL bucket then the Merch and Dining execs get nervous. We'll see how it goes long term. People only have so much money.
