Grab your carpet bag and umbrella, and prepare to jump through a chalk drawing, Mary Poppins is getting ready to fly on another adventure with the Banks family. Entertainment Weekly reports that Disney is developing a new live-action musical film that will continue the famous magical nanny's story. Rob Marshall, who directed Disney's screen adaptation of Into the Woods is on board to direct, while Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman of Hairspray and Smash fame will compose original songs and a new score for the film.
