McHENRY – Residents are invited to discuss the upcoming Pearl Street Commons affordable housing development at an open house Tuesday. Full Circle Communities, the project’s developer, will host the open house from 5 to 7 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mary Hall, 1407 N. Richmond Road, McHenry, which is across the street from the proposed site. The three-story complex at Pearl and Richmond streets will serve veterans and people with disabilities. Members of the development team will be available at the open house to answer questions about the complex, according to a Facebook post about the event. Lindsey Haines, vice president of Full Circle Communities, previously said the open house will allow neighboring residents to address possible concerns with the development. The complex will include 25 units with options available for one and two bedrooms and will target tenants with sensory and mobility disabilities and veterans.
