ALLEN PARK >> Ameer Abdullah is out of action for at least six weeks after the Lions placed him on injured reserve today. He's been designated to return from injured reserve after that time period.He injured his foot in Sunday's loss to the Titans.Abdullah, the No. 1 running back, will likely be replaced by Theo Riddick.
