Delta Drops Fee Hated By Customers

Delta Air Lines Inc. is dropping the much-hated $25 fee the carrier has charged customers to make trip reservations online. The Atlanta-based airline is also dropping the $35 fee it has charged customers who buy tickets at U.S. airports. Delta (NYSE: DAL) said Thursday it will no longer charge the fees for customers who purchase tickets over the phone through Reservation Sales or in person at U.S.
