Delta Air Lines and WestJet want to make it easier to fly between the United States and Canada. The two airlines are forming a joint partnership to improve flight code sharing, frequent flyer programs and luggage transit. Upon approval, the joint venture allows both airlines to increase their co-locations at key hubs.
