Delaware Area Career Center Levy, Consolidation In Limbo

The Delaware Area Career Center should have begun collecting funds this year following a November 2015 renewal levy that passed easily. But an error by the Delaware County Board of Elections has created a legal question that is jeopardizing the validity of the results.
