A $66,300 grant will help DeKalb County Police hunt drunk drivers. The state announced Tuesday that DeKalb is one of 21 Georgia law enforcement agencies to receive a Highway Enforcement of Aggressive Traffic (H.E.A.T.) grant to combat the dangers of drunk drivers and speeders, along with promoting seatbelt use.
