UNIONTOWN, Pa. (AP) — The attorney representing a man charged in the shooting death of his girlfriend as she drove to work at a Pennsylvania casino says his client's statements to police should be tossed out because he was too sick to understand the questions. Forty-six-year-old Terry Walker of Uniontown is charged in Fayette County with criminal homicide in the February death of 36-year-old Mya Ann Grady.
