Defense Lawyers Challenge Phone Evidence In 2012 Slaying

BARNSTABLE — Lawyers for three defendants in the July 11, 2012, slaying of a Hyannis man argued in Barnstable Superior Court on Thursday that evidence from cellphone records obtained using an emergency request should be thrown out.
