(AP) — Attorneys in the trial of a former police officer charged with murder have been given a new deadline to exchange case documents after allegations arose that both legal teams were intentionally withheld information from each other. Kepler's attorney, Richard O'Carroll, said he has not turned over information requested by prosecutors because he believes they are intentionally withholding a copy of the 911 call that the defendant's daughter, Lisa Kepler, made the night of the shooting. Kepler is charged with first-degree murder and two counts of shooting with intent to kill in the death of 19-year-old Jeremy Lake.
