In its first season in the Big 12, UCF frequently had to shuffle its offensive line because of injuries. This meant moving players to different positions at different times to ensure the best five were on the field at all times.
The Knights had eight linemen who saw snaps at multiple positions last season, two of whom took snaps at three different spots.
It was a challenge for offensive line coach Herb Hand.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Jill Biden is launching President Joe Biden’s outreach to veterans and military families during a campaign swing through battleground states, drawing contrasts with her husband’s Republican rival as the Biden team works to shift the conversation away from growing calls for the Democratic incumbent to drop his reelection bid after a damaging debate performance against Donald Trump.
The first lady was to announce the formation of Veterans and Military Families for Biden-Harris during stops Monday in Wilmington, North Carolina; Tampa, Florida; and Columbus, Georgia.

DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip (AP) — Israeli forces deepened an operation in the Gaza Strip’s largest city in what the military said was meant to weed out militants, sending thousands of Palestinians fleeing on Monday from an area already ravaged in the early weeks of the nine-month-long war.
The incursion into the eastern part of Gaza City expands Israel’s engagement in the northern part of the beleaguered territory, an area Israel said it had seized control of months ago yet which has seen pockets of militant resurgence that have scaled back Israeli military gains and drawn forces back into such operations.
A salacious tell-all alleging shenanigans in a Central Florida circuit court has somehow found its way into a Broward judicial race, complete with a peculiar audio clip that would be scandalous — if it were authentic. It’s not, according to the people named in it.
The book was self-published last year by a disgruntled ex-employee of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, who criticized the judges he worked under.
To all of those who are demanding replacement of one of the two leading contenders for president: That’s a terrific idea.
If you in MAGA-land put your minds to it, you can find a candidate who is not certifiable, nor a convicted felon, nor a sexual predator nor a wannabe dictator. You can find someone who truly loves the USA and wants to make it stronger, rather than burn it to the ground.
