Deal For Transbay Tax District Falls Apart, Report Says

A deal between city officials and a trio of high-profile developers who were threatening to sue San Francisco over a proposed tax district near the city’s $4.5 billion Transbay Transit Center reportedly fell apart today. The San Francisco Chronicle reported that developers, who had struck a deal with supervisors a few weeks ago after threatening to sue, have now backed out of the deal.
