A suspected fuel thief crashed into Moffat County Sheriff’s Office deputies during a vehicle chase Thursday morning, leaving three with minor injuries.
Geomar Gomez-Hernandez, 35, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of first-degree assault on a peace officer, vehicular eluding causing injury and criminal mischief, all felonies, as well as resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, theft and reckless driving, according to deputies.
