Former Trump Press Secretary and Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders opened Trump's faux town hall in Michigan by mispronouncing Kamala Harris' name before going after her for not having any children to "keep her humble." Sanders spoke for several minutes before launching into an unrelated story about her children just so she could attack VP Harris.

This is just infuriating. Taking money that was meant for homeless kids to have this experience? If I were a NYC taxpayer, I'd be raising hell. Via the Washington Post: Money that was supposed to fund educational trips for children without homes actually paid for the vacations of New York City schools staffers and their families, including a visit to Disney World, according to a recently released investigative report. Investigators recommended firing employees after finding that the head of the Queens Students in Temporary Housing (STH) program, which is meant to reward hardworking unhoused students with educational trips, was telling her staff that they could bring their families instead.

Jim Engstrand is a MAGA candidate running for the state assembly in Wisconsin. He also does not appear to be wound too tightly. Almost his entire Facebook page appears to be right wing memes and gifs, some of which have been flagged by Meta for being so egregiously false. One of them which has thus far escaped that fate is one that espouses a debunked 9/11 conspiracy theory: That conspiracy theory has been thoroughly debunked repeatedly.

Fox Business host and MAGA Queen Maria Bartiromo claimed that the arrest of P. Diddy was coordinated to knock Trump's brush with a possible assassination off the front page. Senator Ron Johnson (Q-Moscow) went on RAV with the disgraced John Solomon and Amanda Head for a chat which quickly turned into a plunge into madness. Christian nationalist Charlie Kirk wants to take Secret Service agents away from Jimmy Carter and give them to Trump. Jimmy Carter's old and as we saw through the pandemic, MAGAts wanted seniors to sacrifice themselves and die from COVID so that younger people could go back to work. KIRK: We protect 33 different people in this country with Secret Service, so we're out of people to protect President Trump. So we have to go another direction, and obviously it's probably going to have to either be military, I would say, because they understand the situation. Yeah, so here's what I'm failing to understand, is that this is simply and solely a question of the will.
