INDIANAPOLIS — Let’s start here: The Indianapolis Colts defense hasn’t had a sack in three weeks. It ranks 31st against the run. It had Tennessee in a third-and-18 predicament last week and gave up a 23-yard touchdown run right up the gut. Those aren’t even the Colts’ biggest issue, the one about which quarterback to play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins (2-3): A) Joe Flacco, who threw seven touchdowns against one interception the past three games; B) Anthony Richardson, who threw three touchdowns against six interceptions the initial three games. Naturally, the Colts (3-3) picked option B.
