Given the fact that DDL hasn't done a film since Lincoln in 2012, he could give another great performance as a Nazi commander of some sort. With the speculation of Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh, and Mark Rylance joining the cast, having a Hardy vs Day-Lewis faceoff would be epic for the ages!
