After his arrest on breach of peace charges, police found 4.2 grams of crack cocaine and more than $1,000 in twenty-dollar bills in his pocket, according to court documents. Ward was charged Aug. 2 with interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and two drug charges including felony possession with intent to sell.
